Osteria Francescana has no view of the sea or the mountains.
You can see neither a bell tower nor a town square.
Our horizon is shaped by imagination.
NEVER STOP PLANTING is a landscape of ideas.
Every month: art, stories, inspirations.
Art is light.
Art is poetry.
Art is invitation.
Art is neon.
At Casa Maria Luigia, a 4-meter neon art-word reads:
Quando tutti parlano la stessa lingua il poeta non ha più parole.
When everyone speaks the same language, the poet has no words left.

The installation by Italian artist Liliana Moro is located in a covered passageway above the
entrance to the Acetaia, a place where time and silence facilitate the ageing of traditional
balsamic vinegar.
It lights up our garden—our work and our lives.
It invites us to pause, to lift our gaze, to reflect.
For us, poetry is wisdom and art is a muse.

The textual light is a manifesto for the value, strength and power of diversity.
It stands for the fragile, singular voice that resists homogenization.
Poetry is born from uniqueness, not from standardization.
From dialogue, not from compromise.
Poetry finds space in the cracks.
From there new light passes through.

Liliana Moro reminds us to welcome differences—in ingredients, people and ideas.
Francescana Family is a collective of individuals, cultures, languages.
A tapestry of flavors, memories, traditions.
An encounter of voices, gestures, rituals.
Our tables bring people together.
Not only for the quality of ingredients,
but also for the quality of ideas.

We are made of light.
We are made of words.
We cannot walk through the world without one or the other.

When everyone speaks the same language, the poet has no words left.
NEVER STOP PLANTING.
